Barrett still holds the record for the single largest commercial transaction in the area, negotiating the sale of the largest commercial building in the County in less than 30 days. Barrett then proceeded to lease the empty building, fully leasing the building in 9 months. While these issues do not occur as frequently in residential transactions, having a broker on your team who understands these issues can prove valuable in the long-run.
